The 2 installers were professional and polite. After the door was installed we noticed some light coming in so we called on a Monday morning, spoke with Mike to let him know, and by Monday afternoon it was fixed. Our door is beautiful and their customer service is excellent. Would highly recommend Crosby Door Co.

I left a message after hours on Monday, and they called me before business hours on Tuesday morning to send someone out by lunch. I was on a call and unable to greet them when they arrived, but they got right to work. They even offered a solution to prevent the issue from happening again. Above and beyond - thank you! After calling several… Read more We recently encountered a problem when a refuse removal service knocked our garage door rollers off track and damaged cable, preventing the garage door from shutting. After calling several companies, we were most fortunate to find Crosby. From the scheduler to the crew, we could not be more pleased. The scheduler was most sympathetic to our plight and said the job could be done today. Well, the job was done within an hour and half of us making contact ! Recommend Crosby unequivocally.

All the folks a Crosby doors were professional and courteous. The garage door was ordered, came in in the time frame quoted, and was installed within a few days. Excellent Service.
